Good hospitality and warm staff. The staff introduced where and how to go to each destination when I came and the information was very useful. The room has a good view of sunrise. |

Lovely swimming pool. Big room with nice balcony with sea view (opposite side to caldera) and good aircon. Very friendly family run hotel, picked us up from the port and dropped us at the airport, and provided lots of information. Quiet location, very relaxing |

Fantastic family run hotel.Sent an email 6 months to indicate that we might need to be picked up from the wharf and with no more communication there was a friendly face with a card indicating that he was here to take us to the Villa. When we arrived he sat us all down with a cold orange juice and drew on maps all the great things to see and do around the island. |
